Most events are free (some at indoor play spaces have a small fee). Please register so we can plan headcount and refreshments — and only sign up if you can attend, since some events have limited spots.
Each listing has a Register button:
- Village Events (our larger, DFW Mom Society–hosted events) → registers through the Luma or Zeffy link
- Mom-Hosted Events → registers through our Facebook DFW Mom Society Village group, under the Events tab. This helps the host know who to look for at the event.
Can’t make it? Email hello@dfwmomsociety.com or update your Luma or Facebook Event RSVP so another mom can take your spot.
We occasionally have photographers at events and share photos with registered moms afterward.

Come join us for a fun morning at the library!📚The George Hawkes Library in downtown Arlington has a very large children’s library and play area on the first floor towards the back. Please RSVP on the Facebook Group so you know where to park and our host (Amy) knows who to look for.
Until it cools down blanket babies is going to be in the AC. We will meet in the Barnes and Noble kids books area! Feel free to grab a coffee and chat and we will either hang out in the kids section by the story time stage or make our way to play at the kids area depending on how many bigger kids are there and if there’s interest, we can take a stroll around the mall too.
We’re having our very first Mom University event! Think of it as a cross between a moms’ night out and a chance to learn some new skills. We have some amazing volunteers who’ve stepped up to teach. Please bring a small dessert or appetizer to share with other moms. This event can only hold 35 moms, so we ask that you only register if you know you can attend. We expect a lengthy waitlist, so if your plans change, please let us know ASAP — that way we can offer your spot to someone else.

Come share what you’re going through, pick up real coping strategies, and sit in a room with women who actually get it. No pressure, no judgment, just connection.

Come celebrate Fatherhood and join us for a fun Dad Walk in Mansfield! This is a great opportunity for moms to take the morning off and Dads can come, bring the kids and meet other Dads. We will have a visit from Spider Man, sensory bins and other fun things for dads to come. Expect Coffee fun and a great morning. Lonestar Littles is coming and will bring a variety of baby carriers for moms to try, including wraps, ring slings, onbuhimos, and more. We’ll also have experienced babywearing moms there to help you learn how to use a carrier or troubleshoot one you already have. If you have several baby carriers, you’re welcome to bring them too!

Come out, enjoy a walk in the ✨air conditioning✨ and then let your little(s) burn off some energy in the free padded play area. We will meet at the entrance in between Dillard’s and The Cheesecake Factory, it matches the picture up above. Make sure to bring socks for your little ones! If your kids are in preschool, school, or MDO still feel free to come on out and walk or have lunch with us!

Come join us for a fun walk inside the brand new Texas Health Mansfield Stadium! We will have coffee for purchase, our freebie table, sensory bins, and after our walk in under the shaded portion of the stadium the kids will be allowed to play on the field perimeter. Come join us! Come join us for a playdate for children with Autism! We are so excited to finally be doing this event after many months of trying to find a space. Walnut Ridge has graciously allowed us to use their space for our September playdate. This is geared for children 6 and younger who are on the spectrum. Come join us and meet other moms! Lakeisha Fields will be our mom-host for this event. We have limited capacity for this event so please only register if you can come. If you cannot make it please let us know so that another family can attend. We expect to have a waitlist for this event.

Come join us for a fun time of learning for the kiddos and A/C for the moms at the River Legacy Foundation nature center in North Arlington! While the atrium is free, the discovery room with special exhibits is ticketed at the entrance–
The Discovery Room features two large aquariums, engaging exhibits and a 30 foot interactive screen where guests of all ages can virtually immerse themselves in woodland habitats and seasons, learn fun facts about wildlife and play a variety of games.Come join Michelle at Rose Park for a workout and walk!
