DFW Mom Society has more than events — it's a community where women lift each other up, grow stronger together, and find confidence in motherhood through play dates, meet-ups, and events.

This is a mom-hosted playdate! These events are different from our Village events — they are smaller gatherings, usually with around 10–20 moms attending, and do not include free samples, sponsors, or vendors. It’s simply a chance to connect, build friendships, and meet other moms in a more relaxed setting. You can RSVP in our private Facebook group under “Events.” RSVPs help our hosts know who to look for when you arrive!

Meet at a local spot
We have iced coffee at our events. When you arrive, grab a name tag! Everyone is very friendly. We have lots of newcomers each week, so feel free to introduce yourself to another mom. Be brave, and you will meet a new mom friend!
Walk and connect
If our event includes walking, we walk as a group. Strollers, snacks, and scooters are welcome. Our walks are about 20 minutes long.
Stay and play
After the walk, we usually hang out at a playground while we sip, sit, and chat.

Mansfield Mom Walk quickly became my favorite weekly activity because of the welcoming environment! Everyone is there for the same reason — to meet other moms & have some fun with their kids. From casual walks around the park & splash pad play dates to awesome indoor playground events & mom’s night outs — they have so much to offer all local moms!
I attended the last walk of the summer a few weeks ago and made 3 new friends! We started a group chat and text just about every day! I'll be a stay at home now, so I'm hoping to make even more friends and have more play dates and meetups with new friends.

I love Mansfield Mom Walk because it’s such a refreshing and easy way to connect with other moms in a supportive, welcoming community. My kids have a blast playing and walking with new friends, and I always leave feeling encouraged and recharged. It’s completely free, low-pressure, and gives us something fun to look forward to each week—without me having to plan a thing!
I absolutely love this mom group! I’ve told all of my expecting/thinking about having children or even friends without kids. It is run like a well oiled machine & everyone comes together to have fun. No drama! Just some cool moms who like to have fun with their kids.

Support for Maternal Mental Health
DFW Mom Society has partnered with Stanley Psychology to help fund and provide therapy for mothers with financial need. This initiative aims to support maternal mental health, particularly addressing postpartum depression.
Through community events and fundraising, we’re building a supportive network to empower moms and break the stigma around mental health challenges.
