Come join us for a free pelvic floor physical therapy workshop with Olive Physical Therapy. We’ll have coffee and free samples of various products out for the moms. Bring your logo mat! Olive Physical Therapy will have several of their therapists on-site to answer any questions you may have. The workshop will last around 15-20 minutes. We won’t walk at this event. Feel free to bring your kids along or come alone. The playground is right next to where we’ll be. Feel free to keep your little one in the stroller during the workshop or let them play in the grass with some toys.

Bring your child’s teddy bear or stuffed animal and join us for a fun Teddy Bear Picnic! Please bring your child’s favorite snacks and a picnic blanket. Big thanks for Get Wellness Chiropractic for sponsoring this event! We will have lots goodies for the kids. It’s going to be lots of fun.
